Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, send a written request to Isaac Hess by emailing: isaachess@byol.com.

Cancellations made prior to February 18, 2010, will receive a refund less a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made on or after February 18, 2010, will not receive a refund.

You may change your registration information at any time. You may make substitutions at any time with no penalty.

Should it become necessary, for any reason beyond conference organizers' control, to cancel this event, we will provide as much advance notice as possible to all registered participants. Rapid Intake Conferences will then refund all conference registration fees in full upon having announced any such decision. Should such action be required, Rapid Intake Conferences cannot be held responsible for the cost of non-refundable airline tickets or transportation fees. By registering for this event you agree to hold Rapid Intake Conferences harmless and non-liable for any costs whatsoever should conference organizers need to cancel because of events beyond its control.

Conference organizers reserve the right to change or cancel any of the conference program and sessions without prior notice.
