How Does it Work?

Because this training conference is BYOL™ (Bring Your Own Laptop), there are a few things you should know before arriving at the conference. We'll be giving you more information as the time nears, but until then this is what you can expect.

 

Preparing for the Training Conference

Prior to the training conference, you will be provided with a list of programs you should install on your own laptop. (If you're renting a laptop from us, don't worry: we'll install all these programs for you.) You will also be given a link to download a ZIP file containing some files you will need during the training.

 

During the Conference

During the conference, we will have a convenient way to help all attendees install necessary programs and presentation files. So if for some reason you're unable to install these programs beforehand, don't sweat. It is highly recommended, however, that you do this prior to the conference. (Again, you will later receive an email instructing you on how to do this.)

 

What if My Laptop Stops Working?

If you have any troubles with your laptop during the training conference, we will have staff members present to help you. If we're unable to fix the problem, we will have extra laptops on hand for you to rent from us, for a fee of $60/day.

 

Don't Have a Laptop to Bring?

If you don't have a laptop to bring, rent one from us! During the registration process, you can choose which days of the conference you would like to rent a laptop. The cost is $60/day.
